I didn’t make up this statement; Einstein did.  His genius included knowing that what matters in life are emotions which can not be easily quantified. Ironically, though Einstein knew intellectually what was important he wasn’t able to translate his knowledge into his own behavior much like the rest of us ordinary people. That may because emotional intelligence is not the same as intellectual intelligence. And while surveys and questionnaires have value, their value is quite limited to very specific concrete situations that don’t really speak to what goes on within and between people.
